Free Restaurant Menu Templates
Pick a layout, type in your dishes and prices, and download a print-ready PDF sized for US printers. Every template is editable in your browser — there is no account to create and nothing arrives watermarked.
If you already print a menu, photograph it instead of retyping: the dishes, descriptions and prices are read off the page, and you correct anything the scan misread before choosing a design.
Templates are grouped by the kind of place they suit, because a takeout sheet and a tasting menu are not the same document. Every one of them exports on US Letter, half-page, legal or tabloid.

Templates by restaurant type
- Pizzeria Menu Templates
A pizza menu carries more price columns than most: a 12-inch and an 18-inch, by the slice or the whole pie, then a toppings list that has to stay readable without eating the page.
- Coffee Shop & Cafe Menu Templates
A coffee menu is mostly short lines and repeated sizes, which is exactly where a general-purpose design tool starts to look wrong: twelve drinks, two sizes each, and a pastry case that changes weekly.
- Drink Menu Templates
A drink list is the hardest thing on a menu to typeset: a glass and a bottle price, a draft list that turns over weekly, and a happy hour block that has to read at arm's length in low light.
- Bakery Menu & Price List Templates
A bakery sells the same item three ways — each, by the half dozen, by the dozen — so the sheet behind the counter is really a price list, and a menu built for courses fights it.
- Fine Dining & Tasting Menu Templates
A tasting menu is the one case where prices mostly disappear: courses are listed in order, one price sits at the foot, and the pairing runs alongside.
- Brunch & Breakfast Menu Templates
Breakfast service is list-heavy: eggs any style, a griddle section, a sides column priced separately, and a drinks block that has to sit somewhere sensible.
- Food Truck Menu Templates
A truck menu is read from six feet away by someone in line, so it is the opposite of a dining-room menu: eight items, big type, prices that scan instantly.
- Kids Menu Templates
A children's menu does two jobs at once: six or seven small plates with prices, and something for a child to do while the food comes.
- Wedding Menu Card Templates
A wedding menu is a place-setting card, not a restaurant menu: no prices at all, a handful of courses, and a name at the top that has to look considered.
- Takeout Menu Templates
A takeout menu leaves the building, so it works differently: items are numbered so they can be ordered over the phone, combos are blocked together, and your number and hours have to be impossible to miss.
- Indian Restaurant Menu Templates
An Indian menu is organized by family — tandoori starters, chicken and lamb curries, vegetable dishes, breads, rice — and needs a column most templates do not have: spice level.
- Chinese Takeout Menu Templates
A Chinese takeout menu is one of the densest documents in the trade: a hundred numbered dishes grouped by family, combination plates, and dinners for two or four at the foot.
