In the US, taxability varies by state: Texas and New York tax cleaning services, California does not.

All of these require the labour cost to be shown separately from materials.

In Sweden it's a "flyttstädning" and can qualify for RUT-avdrag; in Australia it's often marketed as a "bond clean."
