Because the nominee does not directly control how the nomination is framed, the form should include a separate field allowing the nominator to note a known accommodation need of the nominee during evaluation — without replacing the nominee's own right to approach the organisation directly.
Nominator conflict-of-interest declaration
A nomination made by someone with a close relationship to the nominee — such as a family tie or a financial interest in the outcome — should be disclosed, so the organisation can weigh the nomination appropriately. This form includes a dedicated field for that declaration.
